Governor Doyle Looking Out For Us.
Wisconsin is one of the highest taxed states in the United States. This doesn't seem to bother Jim Doyle at all. After all, he's got the teachers' union to take care of. He does have a problem with BIG OIL companies' profits, though. Thanks Jim.
